Daryl Goodrich, Creative Director
As founder of Chrysalis Creative, multi-award winner Daryl has carved a reputation for creating striking commercials for Ford, Budweiser, Nokia Southern comfort, Panasonic, Coca-cola, Texaco and Sprite. Daryl’s approach to film-making is influenced by his design and sports backgrounds gained from creating programme identities for American Football, NBA, World Rally Championships, Formula One, World Cup Rugby and most recently, the 2004 Athens Olympics.
But aside from his reputation as a commercials director and Creative Director in television, Daryl’s experience in TV drama encompasses directing the long running and highly successful teen drama “Hollyoaks”.
His other broadcast work includes primetime factual entertainment for ITV – “Posh and Beck’s World Cup Party” and “Britain’s Biggest Brood”, one of the most successful factual entertainment programmes of 2003 which has been sold worldwide.
Daryl has recently directed the short film “Real Men in Black” which was screened at Cannes this year and is currently in pre-production on the remaining 5 docu-dramas in the series “Sports Briefs”.
Daryl is responsible for the continuing creative development of the Moongate slate of films and is actively working in collaboration with a number of writers to create original screenplays for inclusion in the 2005 slate.
